TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – After a month off from action, the 2019 Sunshine State Games calendar spikes back into full gear on Saturday, May 4 as the annual Volleyball Championships take place at the Orlando Sports Center.
Starting at 9:00 a.m., six divisions ages 10 to 18 will battle it out for State Championship bragging rights. In total, 300 players and 55 coaches encompassing 28 Florida-based teams will occupy the courts in competition.
“We are excited to host the 2019 Sunshine State Games Volleyball tournament here in Orlando,” said Volleyball State Director Sindee Snow. “This year’s event is going to be action-packed with a high-level of competition jammed into one day of non-stop play.”
Fan admission to the event will be $10.00 a person at the door.
