400 Meter Run (7-8 through 17-18)
1500 Meter Run (7-8 through 17-18)

50 Meter Dash (4 and under)
4 X 400 Meter Relay (7-8 through 17-18)

Athletes must check in 30 minutes before his or her event.

Awards
Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to first three places. 4th through 8th place finishers will be awarded ribbons. Trophies will be awarded to 1st through 8th place teams with the most points going to Atlantic Coast Teams (Division 1) and Overall (Division 2). Team trophies will be awarded to the overall male and female team with the most points to Atlantic Coast Team (Division 1) and Overall Team (Division 2). The top 8 teams will return to compete in finals .
